Cooler recommendation

Hi everyone,

i have i7 920 d0,
3x2gb ddr3 1600 mhz,
gigabyte ud5 mom

im planning to oc up to 4.0 - 4.2 ghz

which cooler would you guys recommend? I have J50 to spend, i dont want water cooling.

Personally I would go with the Noctua NH-U12P SE1366, but I also know that most in the know would go the TRUE way, but adding Noctua fan(s).

Either way you'll end up with arguably the best there is in air cooling, well at the moment that is. I say that because Thermalright and Noctua have new hs's coming soon.
