Hello,

I use an arctic cooler 64 pro instead of the stock cooler for my s939 X2 3800+. Does this void warranty as i am using a third-party cooler?

Unfortunately yes.

My AMD leaflet thingy that came with my AM2 3800+ retail said:
To ensure full compliance with AMD's Limited Warranty for PIB products, the heatsink fan assembly included with the processor in this package must be used.
