I don't have one of these cases but do have its "baby brother" the 111. Looking at the 111 I think I'd be able to mount a 120mm fan in the lower bay where there is currently 2 x 80mm fans. Albeit with somecutting away of the drive bays.

The 111 only has room for a single 80mm fan at the rear. But is the 110 the same? As it is taller, would there be room to cut a second 80mm fan in the rear?

This would bring it into the modern age (similar to a Silverstone TJ03 for cooling). The only issue with this is (1) I don't have a 110, (2) I already have a 111 and S4000 and haven't yet been able to birng myself to put as much as a screwhole in the beautiful things :)

There is room to put 2 x 80mm in the back of a 111 - i did it with my 201 that i modded for the CM comp. (same chasis/mobo tray)

With respect to the front, there's not much point hacking up the drive bays to fit a 120mm fan in as your only going to have the same area to suck the air in from (80x160) would be better going for some kind of 80>120 converter really hmm thinking on it that could be a push to do as it would need to stick out opast the drive bays and then it would encroach on your mobo

Thanks. The reason for a single 120mm up front is to reduce noise. But the twin 80's at the back would be quite easy and should improve cooling quite a bit.

EDIT: Just realised you meant the twin 80's would fit in a 111. Could you get 3 x 80's in the 110 then :D
