Well I built a computer for somebody with the Coolermaster 330 case. Never used this company before but I am pleased.
Specs are:

Coolermaster Elite 330 Black Case With CM eXtreme Power 460W PSU
Seagate 500g hdd 32mb cach
Pent e5200 clocked @ 3.2ghz
2gb Kingston ram 800mhz
Sata Dvdrw drive
card reader
Arctic Cooling AC-FRZ-7P Freezer 7 Pro

Its was my top budget case before the antec 300 came along but since then the antec 300 has gone up in price. So its a tough call.
 
the Coolermaster Elite 330 was the first case i owned, its ok, but only ok. After using something abit better id not recommend it. Its worth saving abit more for a better quality case.

It has fan filter material all in the front mesh, including where the 120 fan can go so thats usefull. The tool'les design is pretty naff tho.

as i said, its ok. :)

edit: also seemed to make a lot more noise than my current case does, but then again i did have an akasa fan then. hmm
