Replace the fans with non-led? and run strip light round the inside of case window?

Swap the blue strip for a White one and change any other LED fans in there for White 120mm versions?

You could add a white LED side fan for even more light I suppose.
Off topic, but how high is the side fan mount on the CM690 II window edition?
Is the top of the fan level with the top pci bracket? Looking into getting this case & want to know if i can fit a side fan with my cpu cooler.
