I7 920
Gtx 480
OCZ 700watt modstream
9gb 1600mhz ocz ddr3
2 500gb hdd + 1 64gb ssd

I'm thinking I can get a 240 rad and a 120 rad in this case, will this be enough?

Hmm 2 rads in that case would be a squeeze. Where are you planning on mounting the 120 rad? I assume you'll be cooling the CPU and GPU?
