I have a coolermaster 830 case which we all know has that big fan bracket for 4 fans on the left side panel. Now i've read that you can't install some of these super coolers (TR Ultra120, Tuniq tower etc...) as they stop the bracket from closing.

Can anyone confirm which super coolers heatpipe heatsinks I can use please.
I currently use a ThermalRight XP-90 which works fine (E6600 @3.3Ghz 1.44v)
In the colder months I idled around 32C and underload 50C
Now it's pretty warm and i'm idling at 40C and loaded 63C

Also I bet if I Could keep it a little cooler than 50C under load I could get my 3.5Ghz(benchmark speeds) stable.

ta :)

I usually just browse the forums but I thought I might post here because this happened to me.

I've got a Stacker 830 and also the Ultra-120 cooler. I had to do a bit of modding though, but the bracket is still in place with one fan in the bottom left.

You need to take out the fan brackets from the top of the main bracket, and then with some decent fat headed plyers sheer the plastic of the top brackets. It will mean you cant use the top two brackets, but then the cooler fits nicely.

Mine closes around the TT120, one of the metal fins clips the plastic but I still can use 3 120mm fans.

Not relivant to the OP but I have an ICute case and my sonic tower is too high profile for the 25cm fan in the side. I took out the supports for the fan and cut them down to let the fan sit further into the mesh on the side of the case and now there is enough clearance.

I think the big typhoon might be the way to go if you're not sure about clearance.
