I love the sound of the new Coolermaster CM-690-II Advanced Dominator Case

How can you go about powering 10 fans when mobo only has 2 fans power points.

Would you add to the PSU?

Is a controller the answer?

What do you think?

You would need to power via molex from the PSU or a fan controller (which is in turn powered via molex from PSU).

A fan controller is better for the added functionality.

Yeah sounds good. I cannot find a fan controller for that many fans, any ideas?

Can't you get an 3pin splitter and run 1 or more fans per connection on the fan controller?

I would daisy chain fans sitting together and use a fan controller.

I have 8 in my mk1 dominator, and this option works well.

Rear on the mobo, all of the other case fans on the fan controller including a push pull on the Thermalright 120a (daisy chain)

I use a 6 channel zalman and i like it, good for around £25.

You need to a good gob on the cable management so some fan extention cables help.

The case itself comes with a couple of molex adapters for the fans in the case.

plus the airlow is excellent in the case so not sure you would even need all 10
