I know there's a 200mm Fan in the front of it but is it possible to fit a 120mm in front of that just behind the dust cage bit? Has any one tried or does any one know?

Have not tried it.

Given depth available and fact that the dust cage bit is only 120 at its widest point got doubts - but you can but try

Just gave it a go, and no it won't fit. You might be able to get away with it if you use a low profile 120mm fan.
