Coolermaster HAF XM

Really? Hasnt it already been released in the US? Or am i wrong im not sure.

Really i want space with a lot of air flow while giving away the dust at bay!

Im aware it was showcased at the CES 2012 and that the CM storm white edition is set to release on the 6th of June.
I dont understand the major delay tho

Its silly, I REALLY want this case, its been released in France, Germany and America. I could buy from Germany and have it shipped, but delivery time from Germany to UK is an expected "Seven to twenty one working days".

Its annoying that the three cases I would like, the HAF XM, the white storm trooper and the C70 aren't in stock anywhere. (I can understand that the white storm trooper hasn't properly been announced, but when reviewers can get the other two cases months in advance it makes you think what the whole hold up is.)

Yup, i know how you feel. I know the normal storm trooper windowed version was released wayyy back but it would cost me about £35 to get it shipped to the UK from the CM storm store based in the Holland.

That is the cheapest place to get it as no retailer seems to have it :S

****. Cancelled my pre-order as 'no eta' sounded like a long time and just ordered another case. As they dispatched it today, they also seem to have released the XM. How I love life. Now I'll have to send it back or something, and order the HAF XM.

EDIT: Oh well, I'll just stick with what I'm getting, enjoy your HAF XM's guys xD :3

Just got mine today. I love it, I did get two 200mm bitfenix spectre pro fans for the extra fan mounts. A quick note for anyone interested, you CANNOT mount these 200mm fans in the front of the case or in the forwardmost top mount of the case. In the front the 200mm mounting locations don't line up with the mounts for the Cooler Master 200mm fan or any of the 120mm fan mounts. On top, at the front, the fan mount extension interferes with where the top panel fits on at the front, it is possible however, for the fan to be mounted in the rear top position and the side.

If you so desire, you can add a 120mm fan to the left of the hard drive bays to aide with GPU cooling, and a little experiment shows that you can, with a few cable ties, fit a 140mm fan in the 5.25 drive bays, pointing to the CPU cooler too, I might pick up an extra 140mm fan and see if it offers any noticeable decrease in cpu temps.

Another note with the spectre fans is that the screw mounts are unthreaded, meaning that you will require significant force to screw the fans into position on the side of the case as you're essentially screwing the bolts into smooth plastic, making the thread yourself. Be sure to have a well fitting screwdriver too as its all too easy to strip the screw head.

All in all the case is excellent, but be warned if you're using "non cooler master" fans as the mounts might be awkward on the front and/or the top mesh/cover may not be able to close.
