Coolermaster IGreen PSU's?

as the title, the I-Green psus from cooler master claim 85% efficiency? do you guys rekon its true and they are decent psu's to recommend to people on a budget?

they seem to be cheapo yet offer good specs, all reviews iv read so far seem to indicate that they are very good dispite the coolermaster name.

would prefer your opinions before i recommend one to some people that have asked me for a budget psu.

IMO Coolermaster have always had quality products. There cases have been great. I don't know enough about eh PSU's to really comment. But anything has got to be better than Q-Tec's for a budget PSU
