Coolermaster PWM Fan Hub - Anyone Used it?

Anyone used the CoolerMaster PWM fan hub? I have six PWM fans for my system, and none of them like running off a standard fan controller (stupid amounts of vibrations). I'm hoping that using true PWM and not voltage modification will resolve this.

So, any opinions on this device? Or know of a fan controller that uses PWM?

Well I'm to going to experiment with them vertical once I rebuild this rig at the weekend, see how they perform as standard system fans and not on a radiator.
