Anyone had to deal with Coolermaster for an RMA?
My Real Power M100 is showing signs of melting where you attach the cables so I have had to contact them regarding RMA. Eventually I've had a reply and they have given me the RMA but it has took an absolute age.
I now have to send my unit back to their UK office and they will inform their Netherlands office when they have recieved it who will then send a replacement. I'm a bit worried that I'm gonna be without my sytsem for weeks.
