hello guys i will try to explain what the problem is here

http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product.php?product_id=2949

now the problem that i have is the connection which goes into the motherboard has become faulty but not all of it the connection is a 20pin connection but it has a 4pin added to the end to make the whole 24 pin connection now this cable is actually hard wired to the power supply itself so i cant just take it off and replace it is there a way i can like a pin connection to 4 pin to replace the faulty 4 pin connection on the power supply i hope that makes sense.

thank you

i checked coolmaster from what i see on the website it says you can only do it if you live in the US and people outside the US need to contact the people whom i brought it from.

In Europe:
Within the first year after purchase, please return your product (or for power supplies installed within our enclosures, just the failed power supply) to your dealer or reseller for a replacement. If the product is still within warranty and you can no longer return it to your dealer, please contact Cooler Master Customer Support ([email protected] ) for assistance and instructions. Cooler Master will not accept returns without prior approval and an RMA number.

I had the 1200W version. I just RMA'd it to OcUK, they will either replace or, in my case, credit with some kind of pro-rata value of the PSU.
