want to build a PC for the living room. it has to be a quite as possible. to this end iam going for as much passive cooling as possible. what the coolest running amd chip that i can cool with a Scythe Ninja Plus Heatpipe (in passive mode)
the chip has to be powerful enough to burn dvd/cds, run a few games (mainly for the kids so doesn't need to be running at the highest settings but must run as a good speed) and be able to do light video/pic editing, recording TV and playback
