Cooling 12900k

having issues keeping it from throttling under load when benchmarking with cinebench 2024 with PL removed, im hitting 105.
ive got 2 240mm AIO, both decent but neither can keep it cool. a DeepCool LE520 and Arctic Liquid Freezer II.

could getting one of those Thermalright mounting frames maybe help, or does the 12900k need a minimum 280 aio

How many watts is it using ?

240.9w was max i believe on HWinfo i

frame arrived earlier, somehow it was that quick, have installed temps have dropped by 10 degrees. still throttling a little at 95 degrees , but not as bad,

generally only a 10min run. just to see temps

just gaming, just wanted see the 12900k stretch its legs, no issues gaming, temps fine, just being being inquisitive

Good to know, very similar to my results with the contact frame. It's well worth having for the sake of a few quid.

its a no brainer, i was oohing n aahing, glad i finally made the plunge, worth it weight in gold
