Cooling a 7300GT

Yes it fits and works fine. Should get a load temperature of around 50C. Even 70C is still well within the cards limits.
 
I've used one on the 7300GT that I have :) It's tough getting it on but it does fit and works well. Looks ridiculous though, more heatsink than video card - I only put the vf900 I have on it to make it quiet.
