Hi there i have a thermaltake armor case full tower.

At the moment it has a

Rear fan 90/80mm
Rear Fan 90/80mm
Front fan 120mm
Top fan 90/80mm
Cpu fan (normal intel one)

Is this enough for a 2.4 ghz dual core duo. I have no idea on how to check temps etc?

Do i need to buy more fans? Pc is very stable. But i would like to quiten the pc down a bit.

I dont play games really, and its not OC

Can't you swap the 80/90 fans for 120s? I guess not. It'll be OK but a bit noisy I would think, the smaller fans will have to work that bit harder. If you can fit more fans you could reduce the rpm a bit and still move the same volume of air, would reduce noise.

for checking temps get realtemp, coretemp or speedfan should be links in the overclocking sticky.

Get a better CPU cooler if your worried about it overheating then you could get a fan controller to control the case fan speeds to lower them a bit as they should still get enough air in/out at a lil lower speed.

Thanks for the heads up

These are my temps at idle, i have no idea if they are good or bad :(

GPU 44C
SYSTEM 33C
CPU 36C
AUX 45C
CORE 0 32C
CORE 1 32C

Thats what it says, input please

If you're not overclocked and you only have the stock Intel cooler then those temperatures are fine. Turn off the two rear fans and the top fan and I bet your temperatures won't change much, but it will be much quieter.
