Hello all,

my current rig is currently suffering from overheating problems all of a sudden which appears to have resulted in damaging my X800. Annoyed since it came out of the blue, but since I've been toying with upgrading to PCI-E based for a while, I figured now was a good a time as any to do it. Obviously however I want to install extra cooling this time.

I'll save the full spec I'm ordering for the general forum and go into basics here with 2 key questions:

1. The case that I've received is the Coolermaster Stacker 830 which has an intake and exhaust as standard fitting. The top fan mount I'd make exhaust due to its closeness to the PSU (which will be an Antec TruBlue 480) but I'm torn on the the side rack. Should I do 2 exhaust, 2 intake, all 4 intake or perhaps a 3 intake 1 exhaust arrangement? I've selected the Akasa AK174CB-4BLB 120mm Blue LED Fans for the job as I like the fresh clean feel blue would give.

2. I selected the Asus A8R-MVP Crossfire as mobo - the MSI version didn't support SATA-2 which is what my new hard drive is - and got a Zalman FS-C77 Fatal1ty for the CPU cooler. (CPU isn't ordered yet, but decided on an FX57) Looking at in the flesh as it where now I'm not 100% sure if it's going to fit correctly and it feels far too heavy for my tastes to be mounted safely - so I may send it back to replace it with something else, but I'd like a recommendation please - the Thermaltake ones seem like a good choice, but I've no experience with them.
