Cooling advice needed.

In the next 2 weeks will finally finish my new rig. Will be using a H-50 in a
Coolermaster 690-ii advanced. Need a dummies guide to help me cool it best.
Will be using these for both case fans and h50 fans I think:Akasa Fans.

With the cooler master 690 adv2 you will be best off having the h20 running as an intake, pulling air from outside the back of the case. This is because the h20 isn't very good running as exhaust when the case has roof fans.
