I'm looking to build a file/media server based on the Lian Li v358b https://www.overclockers.co.uk/lian-li-pc-v358b-micro-atx-cube-black-ca-654-ll.html.
The bottom I'll fill with WD Red drives and a fanless Seasonic 400w PSU.
On top I'll have an ASUS H170M, an i3 6300 and a Samsung M2 drive for the OS.
It's supplied with two intake fans at the front (largely providing flow to the bottom section) and an exhaust at the back, but there's little direct airflow to the top.
I was thinking to put a standard cooler on top and to exhaust out the side, but the clearance is only 130mm so I havent been able to find one that fits.
I don't really know much about cooling, and have looked at the nofan, liquid cooling (purely for height restriction) and some of the low profile fans (they seem to vent towards the board that would seem at odds with the flow of the intakes) but I'm really lost.
Realistically there's very little cooling to perform, but I'd like to keep the air flow to as little as possible as it'll be living under the stairs, so I don't want it collecting too much dust.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

This will fit you may even be able to rotate the cooler towards the side of the case where the vents are.

Otherwide a low profile cooler or aio water cooler will do.
