cooling advice?

hi guys ive put together my zalman z9 plus now i have 4 fans running all 120mm
the rear is running constant on full
one at the bottom as intake
one on the front as intake
one on top as exhaust
ive put the temp sensor just dangling into the open space at the top of the case and the temp no matter what i do stays around 24-25c
if i turn the fans right down it drops to 24 otherwise its at 25c
any ideas on a good layout that will make a noticeable difference or is this about right i was just expecting too see a noticeable difference when i turned the fans up or down

What is your room temp? If room is 22c, then 24-25c is good. I would try putting sensor other places in case and see what you get... like near ram, mobo chips, by HDD, etc. Everything in case is putting off heat.. even your intake fans (not much, but a wee bit) are contributing to case being warmer then room
