Hey,

Hope everyone has had a good week :)

Overclockers got the 3900X back in stock so I've placed my order this morning meaning I'm now "build-ready".

The case I've decided to build my system in is the Lian-Li o-11 Razer Dynamic, but I'm having a little trouble with radiator/fan location to get the best out of it (and if I need additional fans).

I have two radiators to fit inside the case, 1 x 360 for the CPU and 1 x 240 for the GPU (using a vertical mount for the GPU), both radiators come with the required amount of fans as standard, I don't have any initial plans to include additional fans unless necessary.

I have come up with two possible layouts and just wanted some general feedback on them and which would be "best" for airflow and cooling, or if I've overlooked something and an alternative layout would be better suited for this situation:-

Layout 1:

Please excuse my poor MS Paint skills lol! But you get the idea.

The above is the general idea of how I believe the airflow will work (if the GPU Rad can be mounted at the bottom of the case, everything I've seen and read says it can, but you never know). I might have some issues trying to rear mount the CPU AIO radiator but I'm contemplating taking it apart if needed to get the pipes through the internal cable grommets (flexibility depending of course).

Layout 2:

Please excuse my poor MS Paint skills lol! But you get the idea.

The above is the alternative mounting combination, the issue here is I don't know if I'll be easily able to mount the radiator in the rear of the case without having to dismantle the GPU to some degree (I don't mind doing it on the AIO for the CPU, if I mess it up I'm out £100, if I mess up the GPU we are talking big money).

Alternatively, if not possible then both radiators will have to also be mounted in the main chamber, this shouldn't be an issue as the case appears ample big enough to do this but it doesn't offer as clean of a finish and adds some additional "clutter" that I would rather avoid.

My general concerns are that no matter which way I set things up, at least one of the radiators is only ever going to have hot air pushed through it. As far as cooling goes I'm not sure how much of a difference that would make but I thought I'd come here and see what others would recommend I do as far as layout for the cooling goes (if more fans are needed I will buy them).

Appreciate any feedback :)

Thanks,
