Hi,

ATM I have a arctic pro cooler 64 and no other fans for cooling.....

I have a amd 64 3500 newcastle which as you know like to heat up....

Unfortunately I cannot see where I in my case I can add extra fans but I feel that I need some 80mm's in there quick well I think 80mm's is the right choice?

So please help me figure a way out how to make this possible?

If you think I can make this possible, please recommend what I need?

Thanks for any responses I recieve

Cheers!

Yeap spot on with "homes" for fans

AMD 64 3500
Asus A8V deluxe mobo
4 x 256 ram sticks
nividia 4600 ti
2 x HDD IDE

Could u suggest some suitable fans or will any do?

What kind of drop in temp can I expect to see? A couple of degree's?

cpu temp = 56 - 57 deg
mobo 36 deg

I overclocked my system from 2200 to 2420mhz (220 *11 @ 1.6v 5/3 333 div)

Briefly Im unsure whether adding more fans will help me increase the fsb to 230?

Will any 80mm fans do or do I need specific ones?

akasa do loads of fans....can you recommend some pls from the akasa fan section?

Does the RPM matter? Am I looking for a high RPM and low DBA

What about output am I looking for a high CFM or a low CFM??

anything else to look for when buying one?

whats do the diff sizes determines for example there are 80mm 120mm and others....

what should I aim for?

so lets say I got a 120mm and my case could only take 80mm how could I overcome this?

what is a top end 80mm?

I have 2 places where I can definately fit 2 fans 1 at the back and 1 on the front lower end...

I doubt I can fix one on the side removal panel because there are no holes for the fan to screw into...

I'm unsure about the the case I have lol

After measuring the two places I can attach fans they are just under 80mm so I guess an 80mm will be fine....

you running it at 2.55 now? stable? pick some numbers for the lottery and send them to me in a PM pls :D

whats a pci exhaust blower?
