Cooling Compound...?

Just a quicky, i only have some akasa AK-450 and Cooler Master High Performance... any idea what one of these 2 is better?

Or can anyone suggest a good new thermal compound...?

I would swing toward the Akasa if it was the choice of either one.

Or you could go for the Arctic Ceramique. Top stuff, non conductive and dropped a few temps off my [email protected].
