cooling fans

Gentlemen, ladies, thank you for your time.

I currently have a corsair 100i cooler in my system and it's doing a great job for me. However, the two120mm fans attached to the radiator give out more noise than i would like.

Can you suggest a 120mm fan that is as quiet as you can get? Also i believe a pwm fan would be better but please correct me if i am wrong.

I always recommend Noctua fans if volume is an issue. They're quiet enough without losing too much from the performance. However, they are expensive...
