Cooling fluid question

Is it normal for a wc setup to lose a small but noticeable amount of fluid over a period of time though evaporation if there are no obvious leeks big or small ?

Im saying this because this im using blue feserone at the moment and
and have run out.So ive looked everywhere for some more but quite find any in stock ,is it okay to mix a very small amount of clear feser one to make up any differnce ? Or is there a cheaper solulation ?

Its an old loop about 1 year now atleast it appears to be a ongoing process though the odd thing is ive been around every joint and none of them appear damp or look like like evidence of a small leek.

Would mixing a very small amount of distilled into the fesser still significantly reduce the non conductive properties ?

How often should someone drain down a loop and refill the system to prevent any blockages ??
