I'm looking for a quiet cooling solution for a Core Duo 2 GHz processor. I have limited space so was looking at copper 1U coolers.

Seeing as the chip has a TDP of 35W, I'm assuming that a 1U cooler will do the job adequately?

Anyone got any other ideas/comments to add?

Cheers

Andy

I think I should have put "very" limited space as the case is about 8 inches square and I'm stuffing a slimline optical drive, a 3.5" HDD and a GPU in there. That's why I was looking at 1U heatsinks.

According to Zalman that cooler won't be suitable as it will interfere with the motherboard components, but looking at it, I might get me one of them for a mates rig as it looks quite good!

I've found a heatsink from ThermalTake which I think could do the job, but I really want one from Spire. But no one in the UK stocks them. Arse!
