cooling for a E6300

Gonna buy a core 2 duo e6300 next week and wondered about cooling the bugga!

gettin one with no heatsinc or fan so need some advice. Gonna wanna over clock it a tad to about 2.5 - 3ghz

Budget is about 30 notes give or take

My Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler seems to be doing a nice job not hit 3 yet but 2.9 its gets to about 41 max after 8 hours of prime
Nice and quite as well not bad for £15
