so i spent Sunday overclocking my I7 950.

the default speed is 3.06ghz and i have managed to get it stable at 4.2ghz.

when gaming it reaches 68C and idles around 48 - 50C, was playing CSGO for a good few hours last night and no issues.

my current CPU cooler is

i was thinking AIO but not too sure if they will give me much difference in temps, is there anything i could do to my current cooler? cpu fan runs at 1800rpm

other option i quite liked is this but again i dont know if it will be much better than what i already have.

my case is a NXZT S340 and i have a rear fan and top fan which came with the case and 2 x SP120 fans at the front which i was going to use on a AIO which i never bought in the end

the max i can get in there is 280mm from looking online.

when i received the case it states that the rad should be installed as a pull system only and not push which i didnt know before buying the case.

at the top i can only fit a 1 x 140mm fan otherwise i would have had the rad pushing heat out of there.

think ill go for the H110I gtx, christmas is not far off lol
