cooling off period for returning customer (sky)

hi

i left sky nearly 2 months ago when 12 month half price deal expired.

i decided to go back yesterday and started new 12 months contract with 12 month half price deal again.

i'm having a second thought about it. is there any cooling off period for returning customer? i google but found nothing.

want to ask here first so i know whats my right before contact sky tonight

You've started a whole new contract so yes you should have the same cooling off rights as a new customer I'd have though.

i thought the point of a contract was that you need to stick to it?

as in if i agreed to be a sky customer for the next 12 months then you know that's me a sky customer for the next 12 months.

It will tell you in the contract. I think its 14 days.
