cooling p4d 840

ok heres a challenge
my p4d 840 is running at approx 65-68c when being caned on oblivion e.g
can i get it cooler on air
i have a zalman 9500 on it with arctic 3
3 hard drives (warmish)
x1900xtx with zalman 900 on that
front 120mm
back 120mm
and a p160 case
hiper 580r also warmish
as i write this with one of the side panels off it has dropped to 47c, but just under the load of IE, some things in the tray.

ok i was thinking of drilling out a hole in the top of the case (the heat rising scenario)
any thoughts?

id overlooked the recently added x1900xtx
obviously if ive taken off the stock cooler and put on the zalman then the heat from this is going straight up to the cpu directly above instead of being vented directly out

the temp of the system overall has gone up-as it would, and the extra work the psu is doing must cause some more heat too
