Cooling placement advice for new build

I'm building a new micro ATX rig in a BitFenix Aegis case and I'm struggling to figure out the best mounting positions for the following:
1) Corsair H75 closed loop CPU water cooler
2) Evga GTX 980 Ti hybrid closed loop CPU water cooler
3) Fan that came with the case

Currently i've got the CPU cooler mounted on the rear exhaust position blowing hot air out and i'm considering mounting the GPU cooler (above pushing hot air out) and fan (below sucking cool air in) on the front of the case. However, i'm concerned that the front fan would suck in hot exhaust from the GPU cooler. I'm not sure if it's OK to mount either the CPU or GPU water coolers horizontally?

A colleague at work also mentioned that i should have more fans sucking cool are in than i have blowing hot air out - this apparently gives over pressure, which means cool air coming into the case only comes in through the fans, which have dust filters.

Any advice?

Hi,

Although this sounds contrary to common sense, if you have air filters and are using radiators, then you should blow HOT air IN from behind the filter, therefore "clean" filtered air is passing through the rad reducing the likelihood of it getting clogged up with dust. This keeps the case clean too.

The case is so over pressured from the amount of "hot" fans, that cool air get sucked in. For added measure, I then have a few front fant blowing cool air in and one large one at the back blowing hot air out, in my mind, it "encourages flow through the case!
