Cooling Spec

Hey guys, what would you recommened for cooling for the system in my sig? Would like to clock it to 3ghz with cool temps. Right now it's about 45 idle @ 2.4ghz

Is that on the standard CPU cooler?

Just put a Noctua or Scythe Ninja on and away you go.

If its only to 3GHz i doubt your be upping the vcore a lot if any, with my E6600 the temps only really rise if i up the vcore and not so much the clock speed you could get away with buying the AC7 Pro, if you want something a bit more beefier then the Noctua all be fine.
