Hi guys,
I have just purchased the H50 whilst i was at OCUK RMAing my memory 2 days ago..
I installed it last night no probs just as i had been told..
Anyway can someone take a look at my temps as they have actually gone up on idle by about 7 degrees compared to the Noctua NH-U12P
Seems to play my games and it has ran for about 4 hours without any probs.

i have tried to run prime but after approx 15 mins the execution gets halted ?
im way confused...
The max the temps got to was around 73 degree as you can see but what should the temp not be going over. The temps sit around 40 degree at idle..
Anything i can do?
Should i do the push pull thing with the fans ?
Im pretty certain that the h50 i fitted correctly..
My system is ex58 ud5, i7 920, coolermaster 690 II, 5870, 6gb corsair memory running windows 7 x64...

Are these temps safe..

If i were you i'd run a small fft test for 10 minutes to get a better understanding of your max temps. Also you'll probably find you can reduce your cpu vcore a bit to help temps as well. By the way what are your room temps?

I'm thinking about getting the H50 and have more or less the same setup as the OP. Here are my temps idle and after 10 mins prime95 on air:

Would I gain anything from getting the H50 or should I just stick to my current cooling?

Cheers
