I am preparing to install the new board - Asus P5E WS - when it arrives Monday.
I had used liquid cooling on the chipset for the P5K WS it replaced but wonder whether it is worth it - especially as the stock cooler does also cover the voltage regulators. Perhaps replacing the cooler and leaving them exposed was the cause of the board failure?
Does the x38 Northbridge need or benefit from liquid cooling?
If so, should I liquid cool the voltage regulators?
