Hiya peeps i yet agian need your input, my system i want to make major quiet if possible i have the following :-

K8n Neo2 (MS-7025) mobo
Ati Radeon x800 xl (AGP)
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego 90nm (Socket 939) CPU
and a Lian-Li PC-7 midi tower with 2 fans

So i was wondering what cpu, vga, erm onboard chip fan coolers you all reecommend that will make my system quiet, also is it possible to replace the two fans that came with the tower to silent fans or not, anyway i hope you can understand my message as im not a computer expert and this is my first ever build from scratch so i need all help, hope to here from you all soon. CHEERS :)

I'd put a thermaltake big typhoon on the CPU, and an Artic Silencer (cheap) or VF-700 on the CPU (or the VF-900Cu if you can afford it) which are less cheap.

I'd invest in a 4 channel fan controller, put the CPU fan and both case fans on it. This should save you replacing the case fans, and you can also adjust the noise/cooling depending on what you're doing with your PC.

A Zalman passive sink should do the chipset cooling nicely, though you may have to bend some fins for it to fit if your graphics card runs over the chipset.

Yeah the card is right next to the Chipset (very close infact)

You should still be able to bend the fins. I'd go with Minstadaves suggestions although would go with a freezer 64 pro if you're not wanting to spend as much.

Oh and btw your sig is too big
