I recently bought a coolit domino water cooling system of Ebay for a fiver, i thought it'll be a laugh, and for 5 quid you cant go wrong anyway. I knew these systems were not brilliant and looking at the reviews on the Amazon page, the hoses often split and leak vile green liquid all over the computer. So of to my hardware store to get some acrylic tube and some jubilee clips.
I cut the exiting stiff, brittle tubing off and put the tube over it and clamped it down with the clips. After filling the system with de -min water and a blue dye. I installed it into my computer and gave it a whirl. It went alright for about 5 seconds until i noticed some drips leaking over my north bridge chip on my new Intel motherboard. So this came right off- I found the leak on the inlet pipe on the cpu block and put some gasket sealant over it. I also did away with the plastic panel to allow me to have a push/pull with 2 120mm fans -( i will not be using the led one as it is not very good - its just for show)
I have not tested it on the computer yet, but it seems to work fine by itself.
