I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this? I was hoping for not having to take the whole motherboard out to fit this. Will I have any luck?
It uses a backplate, so you'll have to take your motherboard out to fit it, unless your case is one of the few with a large convenient hole behind the socket allowing easier fitting/removal of backplates.
