CoolIT Freezone Elite TEC/Chiller CPU Cooling Unit

Think the short answer is that a custom watercooling loop for the same money would do a much better job under load, quite possibly at less than the 40dB the Freezone Elite puts out when running full pelt.

From my understanding, the nature of the cooler and the fact that it has a TEC means that the higher TDP CPU's will have fairly low idle temperatures. However, when under load the temperature rise from Idle is quite a bit greater and overall not too impressive, especially when overclocked with a fair amount of extra voltage.
