CoolIT Freezone Elite TEC/Chiller

It draws 72W power, the coefficient for peltiers is at most around x2, so if it was running perfectly you could hope for it to draw 140W away from a chip. i7s throw out more than this when overclocked.

It claims it can dissipate 250W. Basically I don't believe this, it's not possible without drawing more than 72W with any peltiers I've seen. Moving twice as much heat as it consumes needs considerable surface area and undervolting already, just can't see it.

So while I don't know for certain, I'm going to say it's very unlikely to work
