Anyone had much dealings with CoolIT and their support guys? Just I got one on saturday, and I kinda broke the mobo backplane\one of the screws... I was wondering what their turn around is?

One of the actual screws is broken that comes with the coolit mounting plate, I'm pretty sure that I'd have to get the same screw from them...

Just got this back from CoolIT support:

Thank you for the information. I can sell you the retention kit for free but you will have to cover the cost of shipping. In order to ship a retention kit to you it will cost via Fedex $41.28 USD. We have resellers in the UK I will see if I can get one of them to send you a retention kit cheaper. Thank you

All it is, is the plastic back that goes on the back of the motherboard, and one of the screws that screws into the plastic back from the main plate... I'm shocked, $42 to send something which isn't even 500g!? Insane.
