It's not that cop playing PSP caught my attention...it's cops watching a crumbling wall! :confused:

Isn't that job supposed for construction worker?

I dont really see the massive problem, could anyone here seriously admit that they could sit for a day staring at a wall?

Besides I hardly think that getting a police man watching the wall was a good use of police time, they could have just cordoned off the wall and left it at that. Also I doubt a police officer is able to assess the walls structure to tell if its going to come down.

Cops on boring postings often play computer games to keep ammused!! Most cops have a psp or a DS for just those occasions!!!
