Not specifically Copart, but two of my colleagues have accounts with another national salvage-type place. Yearly fee for access to the site coupled with additional fees that are tiered based on how much the car is sold for. That site is fine for going to view cars and is encouraged as it's a network of many different salvage yards - not sure how Copart would feel as they are quite a large company themselves.
