Hi all
I'm just about to back up a hell of a lot of data to an off-site server, but I want to verify that all the files got there OK.
In the good old DOS days you could use the /v switch on the copy command and it would go away and check that the original and copied file were the same.
Does XP do this automatically? I remember reading ages ago that verification is normally "on" in Windows explorer, but I've trauled the web and cant find anything.
Any ideas?
Cheers
