Copy files from wd my cloud mirror nas to synology

I am needing to copy a large amount of files from one nas to another- around 6TB is there a best way to do it

When I upgraded from a WD NAS to a Synology I mapped the WD as a drive on the Synology via its own interface, then let the Synology handle all the file transfers. Quicker than doing it via the PC and less likely to get interrupted. Can't remember exactly how I did it but shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
