Copy files off camera

This ability seems to have been removed with the latest photos app.

If I plug a camera into my Mac, I can't just copy the files off. The only option I can find is importing them into 'photos', which is just plain silly.

The camera no longer shows up in finder.

Any ideas?

Image capture should still do it

Anyone have any idea how to view the files on the camera within Finder? It used to do it, and I've seen it show up now and again. But quickly going through files with Image Capture is not very quick.
