Copy game installs to another HDD?

I have about 150gb worth of games installed on my windows drive but want to transfer them over so I can partition this 1gb drive. I have a spare 500gb I'll be using for games.

How can this be done?

Unless they're very old, I don't think you'll be able. The data will be transfered but the registry entries won't.

There might be a convoluted way of doing it but to be honest, I think you're stuck with having to install them again on the new drive.

For some, you will have to update the registrys. For example for Warcraft 3 I found a neat little reg generator which did the hard work for me. I havent experienced too many problems, though.
