Copy IE passwords to another PC?

Hi all,

I'd like to copy all my saved passwords and history in IE9 to a new pc.

Is this possible without buying any additional software? If I copied my entire profile across or switched to a roaming profile would that work?

Both machines are windows 7.

If you read here, it will show you how to backup passwords and then use another program to back up everything else.

To be honest I'd just use lastpass or other password manager.
