Copy/pasting my CV from Excel into Word help?

Im after abit of help please. Ive been requested to submit my CV in word form as at the moment its done in excel. Ive copy and pasted it across but all the cell lines go across aswell. Can anyone tell me if its possible to remove these or is there an easy way to do it.

you could save it as a Text (tab delimited) perhaps

OT but why on earth is your CV an excel file anyways? What's wrong with word or adobe acrobat files?

ive also got it sved in pdf format but i yhought it was probably easier to convert to word from excel rather than pdf.
